The Company is looking for dynamic personnel who can accept challenges with good working experience and potentials for following posts.

1.Name of The Post: Sr.Manager (Personnel)/Manager (Personnel)

Qualification: Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations or equivalent qualifications from a recognized university with minimum 15/10 years experience in Industrial Organizations having adequate knowledge in various Labour Laws, IPC & CRPC, Gereral Law, Tribunal & Conciliation Procedures, Sound understanding of administrative functions, interpersonal skill and knowledge in Liaoning jobs with Government/Non-Government establishments/Officials, out of which at least 5 years in senior managerial position. Candidates should be well conversant with odia Language.

2.Name of The Post: Manager (Environment)

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in Environmental Engineering/ Science with minimum 10 years experience in Managerial capacity in any mining project. Sound knowledge to develop research methodology for study of environmental impact, research, analysis of scientific data, develop EIA reports, Plan, design and construct environmental projects and ensuring industry engineering principles and regulations and submission of reports and returns to the statutory authorities.

3.Name of The Post: Asst.Manager (Estate)

Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 years field experience in estate management such as up keeping the Housing Colony, Guest House, Canteen, Garden, school, Club etc is essential. Ex Army personnel with technical back ground having above experience.

4.Name of The Post: Asst.Manager (Civil)/Civil Supervisor

Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 10/8 years experience in supervision of construction activities ensuring quality, safe execution, knowledge in design and execution of heavy foundations for static any dynamic loading, retaining structures, MIS Pilling etc.

5.Name of The Post: Asst.Security Officer

Qualification: Minimum 10 years experience in Police Department in the rank of S.I or in the Army/CISF/BSF or central police Force in the rank of C.O, Senior NCO or equivalent, Age: 40-45 years.

6.Name of The Post: Mines Foreman (Underground)

Qualification: Diploma Holders having unrestricted Foreman’s Foreman’s certificate of competency with minimum 5 years experience of Field Candidates with minimum 10 years experience in large Mechanized underground Metalliferous Mines.

7.Name of The Post: Mining Mate (Underground)

Qualification: Matriculates having unrestricted mining Mates certificate of competency with minimum 5 years experience in mechanized underground Metalliferous Mines.
