MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: Will be owning the functions related to document control, document archiving, document imaging and maintenance of documentation system oKPO
1. Maintains centralized documentation for KPO project and digital repository.
2. Compilation of complete documentation of the project by collection of all engineering documentation of already constructed project.
3. Receives and organize registering of Consultants provided documents/drawings including in-house generated documents for KPO Project under implementation.
4. Take care of documentation systems hardware like drawing plotters, Xerox machines, printers, Cartridges, etc.
5.Create digital locks for controlled printing of documents.
6. Control of document numbering and eliminates duplication
7. Release of drawings/documents to respective departments by downloading from FTPs of various consultants, vendors, engineering agencies. 8. Project document lifecycle management.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS: fulltime Engineering Graduate / Post Graduate
1. Relevant experience in consultancy & engineering organizations (or) with relevant experience from project owner end.
2. Must have hands on experience in using state of art documentation software(s) and PLM. Experience on #Windchill #will be added advantage.
3. Good command of written & spoken English and ability to lead a team of documentation supervisors.

Manager Internal Communications
Maintain and build Tata Steel's image with internal stakeholders at the relevant location through timely, consistent and relevant messaging; drive internal communications implementation at the location.

Asst.manager- Electrical Maintenance T & D
The Asst.Manager Electrical T&D is responsible for supervising daily the Power distribution at KPO in order to distribute safe, reliable and environment friendly power in a cost effective manner to meet the plant requirements.
Job Responsibility: - Supervise that the power distribution activities take place efficiently with allocated power to each department. - Review of Operational parameters and Plant performance on daily basis. - Supervise the implementation of best practices and process improvements. - Optimization of key parameters. - Supervise the management of vendor relationships with power suppliers. - Supervise the implementation of cost reduction and operations improvement initiatives/ project. - Supervise and Implement cost optimization projects. - Identify problems, review procedures, improve efficiency and quality of processes. - Collaborate with TQM unit for continuous process improvement. - Monitor effective implementation of QMS. Supervise the creation and implementation of written down procedures and checklists to avoid any undesired events. - Take corrective and preventive measures to ensure that all the accidents are prevented. - Organise on the job trainings to ensure that safe working conditions are created. - Develop and enforce safe work procedures across Power Transmission Department. - Create a ‘job safety analysis’ for all new jobs and present/ explain to all Power Transmission. - Develop and enforce adequate safety and maintenance measures for the moving machinery in the Transmission Department .

Manager Mech.maint Superordinate Inspection
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
1)Inspection of Mechanical drives & other steel plant equipment. 2)Failure avoidance of equipment through inspection.
3) Study of assembly drawings of equipment & identify the Key components prone to failure.
4) Implementations of various monitoring or health assessment gadgets to improve quality of inspection.
5 ) Analysis of Mechanical delay of various production units.
6) Alignment & levelling of steel plant equipment
7) Identify & detection of failures due to lubrication faults.
E.R.: Improved equipment availability & failure avoidance Preparation of Inspection plan by interaction with customer Carry out inspection as per plan and report preparation Train the subordinates to improve inspection procedure. Support in maintenance of Lubrication system to keep equipment in healthy condition by providing proper customer support throughout the Steel plant in the area of Lubrication , Lubricating systems and its effective use. Job Responsibility: E.R.:To Monitor Lubricant Consumption in the plant. To ensure availability of Lubricants in stores. E.R.:To identify and improve life of equipments through condition diagnostics of oil and Grease. Implement Proper oil/grease analysis for plant equipment: Health Monitoring, Reporting and Suggesting improvements. E.R.:To reduce Lubricant consumption.To do failure analysis of, Hoses, Packings.Suggest improvements to reduce oil consumption. ER:.To provide Technical assistance in the area of Lubrication & Lubrication System, wire Rope, Hoses, seal, Packing, Slings, Oil purification & conditioning.To inspect critical spares. To make & advice proper specification of lubricants, wire Rope, Hoses, Packing/sealing material. E.R.: Achive Zero LTI through.
