Designation Manager HRM
Job Description Main Purpose:
To support the business in end to end Human Resource activities by partnering with leadership and Central HR Team.

Job Responsibilty:
Talent Management - Manpower Planning:
Re-visit or formulate a structure for the organization as per requirement. Forecasting and identifying the emerging business manpower requirements (Current & future need) and works with unit business leaders with objective to achieve talent targets.
Talent Management - Talent Acquisition :
Works with unit business leaders on the design of a Resourcing solution which includes (1)forecasting of skill (2)identify hiring mix and source and (3)designing and implementing an optimum plan of staffing which includes hiring time, build or buy option, promotion/transfer modeling for the business. JD preparation, advertisement, short listing, selection, compensation negotiation. Campus Recruitment.
Talent Management - PMS :
Evaluates, aligns and influences the performance management process to drive key business outcomes, people outcomes and organization outcomes. Drive a performance management culture in the units which continually seeks to raise the bar. Co-ordinates the following activities in line with the timelines followed by the Central team. (1)Performance Contracting (2) Mid Year Review (3) End Year Review-Pre TR, Talent Review, Post TR, feedback.
Talent Management - Compensation: 
Provides direction/inputs and aligns the reward philosophy to business direction and talent needs. Measures and evaluates the ROI of reward programs, continuously mentors and keeps tab on perception of care, fairness and equity Be a strong influencer for the corporate C&B team in creation of new policies and incentive programs.
Talent Development :
Co-ordinate with Central HR team for training. Identification of Thrust Area Training needs appropriate to his/her area. Suggest modules to leadership for their area available with training units. Facilitate Training delivery as and when required.
Employee Engagement: 
Visits various divisions and interacts with employees who are new to the organization. Understand and capture concerns/feedback of officers through the Employee Contact Program. Support employee engagement initiatives.

Job Description Main Purpose:
Responsible for providing support to displaced families and monitoring R&R and CSR efforts of KPO .

Job Responsibility:
Ensuring that KPOs R&R Policies fully comply Kalinganagar R&R Policy and Odisha Government's R&R Policy .
Work towards meeting international best practicesin resettlement of displaced families and making development inclusive .
Documentation of good practices/achievements and sending them to Communication team.
Making sure that there are no gaps between policy and their actual implementation .
Maintaining an MIS for facilitating review of progress in implementation.
Carrying out periodic report for management review of the implementation process .
Indicating gaps and coordinating efforts between different process owners to ensure implementation of timely remedial measures through specific or policy level intervention.
Counselling DPs and PAPs, particularly women DPs and key leaders on grievances and stress generated due to the change process .
Documentation of specific or general grievance/complaint of displaced families .
Facilitate monthly review of progress in mitigating grievance/complaints of displaced families .
Coordinating with all agencies for ensuring that complaints of displaced families are promptly and satisfactorily met .
Facilitating any third party or social audit and impact evaluation, as may be required.
Make sure that SHGs are helped to augment income of families .
Children of DPs are helped with scholarship to acquire professionals skills under the TATA Parivar Scholarship Scheme .
Remain responsible for monitoring implementation of Cash-in-lieu of employment scheme.
Assist GM(CS) in convening team meetings of departments under corporate services,preparing minutes and monitoring follow up .
Assist GM(CS) in documentation for coordination within the Corporate Services and communication with outside agencies.
Desired Profile Postgraduate Degree in Sociology/Social Work .

Job Description Main Purpose:
 To design and monitor implementation of legal requirements of contract law, labour laws, and other regulatory framework at project construction stage.

Job Responsibility:

Compliance to the legal requirements in the contract:
Compliances of all kind of regulatory requirement.
Development of model contract.
Updation on changes on all kind of statute.
Ensure compliances to MOU and Other agreement entered with state Govt. and other statutory bodies.
Ensure due diligence before entering in to any long term contract.
Notifying legal exposure for breach of contract and foreclosure of contract.
Helps in getting the approval to the project managers from different statutory bodies.

To formulate and implement Legal strategies by pre-empting likely changes in the legal environment to reduce number of litigation as well as cost of litigation against the Company with respect to contract:
Formulate legal strategies and its implementation with respect to contract.
Regularly gather data on non-compliance with legal requirements and take remedial actions to avoid legal issues .
Keep up to date with likely changes in the various laws and proactively prepare for the same .
Educate and update project team with latest changes in labour laws, its implications and compliance.
Desired Profile Graduate or Post graduate in commerce along with LLB with experience of handling contract matters.
