How to Apply:
Eligible candidates can apply in prescribed format, attested copies of certificates, DOB certificate, Valid employment exchange registration certificate, 2 recent passport size photo, 2 self addressed envelopes with Size 23 x 10 cm & attached with Rs.25/- stamps and send through Registered post/ speed post to Office of the Collector & District Magistrate, Bhadrak on or before 25-10-2014.
