Requirement

•     Female Candidate only
•     Qualification- Any Graduate or Post Graduate
•     Should have an amiable, impressive personality with good looking
•     Good Communication S & Voice Quality
•     Students Counseling experience fast preferable.
•     Should have good knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet, Email.

Responsibility

•     Establishing a relationship of trust and respect with Student
•     Agreeing a counseling contract to determine what will be covered in sessions
•     Encouraging Student to talk about issues they feel they cannot normally share with others
•     Actively listening to client concerns and empathizing with their position
•     Accepting without bias the issues raised by Student
•     Helping Student towards a deeper understanding of their concerns
•     Should be able to work in coordination and under supervision
•     Ability to work for Our Other Sectors
•     Ability to work for Front Office/Back Office .

• Salary - Rs 4.5K - 6K , As per experience & performance

    it should be Negotiable for experience in relevant
    our salary increases in two times in every Fiscal Years and it based on the employee performance.
    Incentives also available after the certain target.
