RUSA is a flagship programme of Central Govt. being implemented by Govt. of Odisha in Higher Education Deptt. The Dept. is looking for 04 (four) Consultants, whose major contribution will focus on the effective monitoring and evaluation of the project. They will be placed in the “Odisha State Higher Education Council” (OSHEC), formed by the Govt. of Odisha, to implement “RUSA” during XII & XII Plan Period.
