• financial products for them providing need based solutions to the customer.
• Target based job, purely sales job.
• Advising the client for making the Investment into financial Products equity, insurance &mutual fund, fixed deposit, real estate, bond etc for a proper financial plan.
• Penetration of Wealth Management or other investment product on clients portfolio.
• Develop and maintain long term relationship with the new as well as existing customers.
• Provide good quality customer service.

Role & Responsibility :

• Answer calls and respond to emails
• Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
• Research required information using available resources
• Manage and resolve customer complaints
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Enter new customer information into tem
• Update existing customer information
• Process orders, forms and applications
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Route calls to appropriate resource
• Follow up customer calls necessary
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Complete call logs
• Produce call reports
